happy hump day!

so i am starting out with the 5 things that make me happy/smile/content

because i have like zero memory

and i always forget and then have to

come back in....

and, well, you see where this is going.....so here....5 happy dappy smiles:

394. my fun job. (yes, the one that allows me to blog while i work!)

393. fabulous food. (yes, i am food obsessed)

392. sweet lil valentines for my lovies. i am a giver of all things fun/cool/rad. yes, i just said rad. arrgh. wth? at least i think my gifts are way cool....

391. french meringue buttercream. recipe coming. pinky swear.

392. the best vanilla cupcake recipe i found over at annie eats! 

yes, i made the following for the man friend's vday din.

truffled mac and cheese. meh.

parmesan potato cups. meh.

jalapenos stuffed with herb cream cheese. easy peasy and amazing.

scallops w/dijon mustard sauce. easy peasy too, and seriously melt in your mouth amazing.

vanilla cuppies w/french meringue bc. TOO. DIE. FOR.

remember, my motto....everything is good in moderation...

lol.

we werent really moderating anything last night.

i ate.

and ate.

and

ate.

and still had room for a 1/2 of a cuppie.

dont worry.

i will eat the other 1/2 in about an hr!
